Ed Harris
CEO and Co-Founder
Ed Harris founded his boutique investment banking firm Harris Northwest Advisors (HNA) in 2016 following a successful career as an entrepreneur and Wall Street investment banker focused on financings and M&A transactions for large U.S. and international clients.

Beginning in the 1990s, Ed served as CFO of three startup companies which he led to liquidity: a wireless company acquired by AT&T for $400 million; an Internet company purchased by Disney for $1 billion; and an online high school, purchased by the parent company of the University of Phoenix. Previously, Ed was extensively involved in education innovation, including serving as VP Business Development for Apex Learning, a leading digital curriculum company; and he was a key member of the team that managed the venture capital portfolio of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.

Dante Jones
Co-Founder
Dante Jones is a serial entrepreneur, technology innovator, and one of the cannabis industry’s most accomplished business leaders. He brings a deep and personal appreciation for the indisputable medicinal and societal benefits of cannabis to his life’s work: empowering fellow cannabis entrepreneurs to invent, innovate and succeed.

Prior to co-founding Jaguaring, Inc., the Northwest’s premier cannabis business accelerator, Dante worked at Amazon Web Services, leading a large global team in building and deploying new eCommerce and marketing strategies across the Amazon platform. Previously, he led design and infrastructure engineering at Bungie Studios, developer of the Halo and Destiny video games, including Halo 3, the biggest entertainment launch in history.

Dante’s involvement in the cannabis industry dates to 2000, when he co-founded Green Ambrosia, Washington State’s first and largest medical marijuana brand. He is also a co-founder of Vuber Technologies, the industry’s premier personal vaporizer; and currently owns three recreational retail licenses in Washington State, with stores opening in 2017.

An expert in cannabis production, product development, workforce education, and finance and investment, Dante is an expert on the nation’s evolving regulatory landscape and the potential for worldwide business growth.

Eric Swaney
Advisor
Eric is an innovator, entrepreneur and recognized industry pioneer in the legal cannabis market. Based in Seattle, he has built a global cannabusiness reputation and now shares his expertise in product development, operations, processing, marketing, government policy, finance, investment, and industrial design with both cannabis start-ups and more established enterprises.

With a career spanning business, management, hospitality and product development, Eric is helping to invent, inspire and build the next generation of cannabis-related companies. He thrives at the center of multi-company business development, and has a special knack for crisis management. Working with some of the best minds in the industry, Eric applies market-based logic, industry research and business acumen to build profitable cannabis enterprises that meet the needs of investors, inventors and regulators.

Eric is a licensed Tier 3 Producer/Processor in Washington State; co-owner of a large-scale farm in Eastern Washington; and a co-founder of Green Ambrosia, Washington State’s first and largest medical marijuana brand, and Vuber Technologies, the industry’s leading line of personal vaporizers.

Eric Benson
Account Manager
Bringing more than eight years of executive experience in financial services and business development, Eric Benson is responsible for driving sales and cultivating and growing relationships with CIN’s angel investor members as well as companies seeking growth capital.

A native New Yorker, Eric moved to Seattle in 2015 to take advantage of business opportunities in legal cannabis. Prior to joining CIN in mid-2017, he served as founder and president of Benson Financial Group, a financial advisory firm where he directed and evaluated financial function and performance for a wide range of both individual and institutional clients. Previously, he served as a financial advisor at Waddell & Reed in Albany, NY, where he advised clients regarding financial planning, products and services, and created and implemented internal systems to streamline customer service, office management and compliance.
