CIN’s syndication model is referred to in the capital markets as a “fundless fund”, or alternatively, a “fundless sponsor”. Through our fundless fund model, CIN engages in all of the activities of a traditional private equity fund, including due diligence, deal structuring and valuation. However, instead of investing out of committed capital sitting on a traditional fund’s balance sheet which was collected in advance of any transactions, the investment capital is sourced for each specific deal.

Candidates for the syndication model are typically further along in their development and seeking larger capital raises than the companies participating in our pitch events.

Please contact CEO Ed Harris for more information on investing or securing financing through CIN’s syndication model.
